NOW Valerian Root Extract, also known as valeriana officinalis, is an herbal dietary supplement liquid and consists of certain chemicals that may have a sedative effect. It is derived from harvest fresh herbs, and is an indigenous species of European, Asian, and North America. NOW Valerian Root Extract provides 1.6 mL valerian root extract in two droppersfuls, includes vegetable glycerin, is non-GMO, vegetarian, vegan, and does not contain gluten, yeast, wheat, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, and is produced in a GMP facility.

Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 droppersful in tea or water prior to bedtime as needed, or as directed by your health care professional. Store in a cool, dry place.
